How many e-mail address are protected under one domain?

Enabling SpamExperts for your domain protects all mailboxes under that domain. SpamExperts will automatically protect any newly created mailboxes as well.

Can I protect add-ons or secondary domains?

Unfortunately, SpamExperts will only be enabled for the primary domain of your hosting account.

Can I adjust the 'strength' of the filter at any time?

Yes, you can adjust every function of the filer, including white-listing and filter sensitivity. In "Filter Settings" you can adjust the "Quarantine Threshold" of the filter.

If you disable the quarantine system, e-mails detected as spam will not be kept in the quarantine system, but will be delivered to your email server.

You can also set the subject's notation that is added to the subject of e-mails classified as "unsure" by the filtering system.
